Winemaker’s Tasting NotesAn optimistic flaxen color in the glass, our 2021 Viognier expresses aromas of baked green apple and golden pear, alongside floral notes of honeysuckle and fruit tree blossom. The sweetness of honey and melon balance a substantial lemon acidity making for a full and flavorful palate. This harmony and balance of flavors continues through an extensive finish. |
